Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, then take 7–15 business days in transit to Canada and the United States. You will get tracking by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Most are, and every product page states plainly which species it suits. Where a tool is designed primarily for one — the rotating brush is cat-first, the 3-in-1 shower head is for dogs — we say so rather than claiming it does everything.
No, and please do not try. A tight mat sits against the skin and pulls with every movement. Forcing a comb through it hurts, and cutting it out with scissors is one of the most common ways owners cause a wound that needs stitches. Book a groomer.
Yes. The Bath Day Kit and the Coat Care Kit group the tools that get used in the same session, at a lower price than buying them separately. Product pages also let you add a matched set together.
