buying and downloads.
How do I get my download after I pay?
Our checkout runs on Wix. Wix emails you a download link as soon as your payment goes through. The link works for 30 days. Download the ZIP file and save it on your computer, tablet or cloud storage.
What do I download?
One ZIP file for each product, with 6 PDF files: US Letter, A4 and A5, each in a colour and an ink-saver edition. The Complete Set is one ZIP file with a folder for each product.
My download link expired. What do I do?
Email support@whiskever.com with your order number. We send a new link.
What currency are your prices in?
US dollars (USD). Your bank converts the price if your card uses another currency.
Which payment methods can I use?
You pay on our secure Wix checkout. It shows every payment method that is available in your country before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, because a download cannot be returned. If your file is broken, your link never arrives, or you were charged twice, we fix it fast.
using the binder.
Can I fill it in on my iPad?
Yes. The boxes are fillable in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free. Many note apps work too. You can also print the pages and write by hand.
Does it work if I have dogs and cats?
Yes. Every routine and health page has columns for up to four pets, dogs and cats side by side.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as your household needs, for as long as you need them.
Can I give a copy to my pet sitter or my vet?
Yes. You can share the filled-in pages about your own pets with your sitter, your vet and your family. Please do not share the blank files.
Is the binder medical advice?
No. It helps you record what your vet prescribes. It never diagnoses, treats or calculates doses.
free tools and privacy.
Are the free tools really free?
Yes. No account, no login and no trial. Use them as often as you like.
Where do the free tools save my pets’ details?
Only in your browser, on your device. We never receive them. Clear your browser data to delete them.
Is the sitter link safe to send?
The details travel inside the link, after the # sign, so they never reach our servers. Anyone with the link can read it, so send it only to people you trust. Never put door or alarm codes in it.
