All sales are final on digital products, because a download cannot be un-downloaded. If a file is broken, missing or charged twice, we fix it fast.

The short version

Everything we sell is a digital download. Once a file reaches you, it cannot be returned — there is no box to tape back up, and we have yet to meet a cat who can un-see something.

So all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Why we do it this way

A PDF has no “unused” condition. After you download it, you keep a complete copy, whether we refund you or not. A refund would mean you keep the product and we keep the bill.

That is why every product page tells you exactly what you get — page count, sizes, editions and file format — before you pay. Please read it the way your cat reads the label on a new food: closely and with suspicion.

When we will make it right

“Final” does not mean “our problem is now your problem”. Email support@whiskever.com and we will fix it if:

  • Your file will not open, is corrupted, or has pages missing. We send a working copy.
  • Your download link has expired or never arrived. We resend it.
  • You were charged twice for the same order. We refund the duplicate charge in full.
  • You received the wrong product. We send the right one.

Before you buy

Our files are PDFs. You can open them free in Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, Preview, or most tablet note apps. The fillable fields work best in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you are not sure a product suits your home — one dog, four cats, a tortoise with opinions — email us before you buy. We will tell you honestly.

Immediate delivery

When you check out, you ask us to deliver your download right away. You agree that, once the download is available, you lose any right to cancel the purchase. This applies to customers in every country, including where consumer law would otherwise allow a cancellation period for digital content.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please talk to us first. We answer faster than your bank, and we are a lot friendlier. Opening a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described may result in your access to future purchases being suspended.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.
