The short version

When you buy, we receive the details needed to take payment and send your download. When you use our free tools, we receive nothing: your pets’ details stay on your device. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect when you buy

Our checkout runs on Wix. When you place an order, Wix collects your name, email address, billing details and order details for us.

• Card details are handled by the payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• We use your email address to send your download link and to answer your questions about your order.

What we do not collect from the free tools

The sitter sheet, emergency card, medicine reminders and vet summary run in your browser. The details you type are saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. They are not sent to us.

A live sitter link holds the sheet inside the link, after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part of a link to a server, so it does not reach us. If you send the link by text, WhatsApp or email, that service carries it under its own privacy policy.

To delete the details, use “Remove this pet” in the tool, or clear your browser data for this site.

Email list

If you ask us to tell you about new products, your email app sends us a message. We keep your email address to reply and to send product news, until you ask us to stop.

Who we share data with

We share only what is necessary with the services that run the shop: Wix (website, checkout and order email), our payment processor, and our email provider.

We use Wix Analytics to see how people find and use this site. It is part of Wix, which already runs our shop. When you open a page, Wix records the page, the site that sent you (for example Pinterest or Google), your browser and device type, your language, and an approximate location from your IP address. Wix gives us these as totals and reports. We do not use them to identify you.

We may later add analytics and advertising services such as Google, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. If we add one, we will update this policy first.

Cookies and local storage

We use these:

• A Wix visitor session, kept in your browser’s local storage. The cart and Wix Analytics use it, so a return visit counts as the same visitor.
• Wix cookies and session storage for analytics and for Wix’s cookie consent settings.
• Local storage for the free tools, as described above.

If you are in Europe, including the UK, Wix Analytics does not run until you accept it in the cookie banner. Anyone can change their choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

You can clear all of these in your browser settings at any time. If you block cookies and site data for whiskever.com, Wix Analytics does not count your visit as a return visit, and the cart does not stay after you close the page.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep email-list addresses until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we do not have to keep it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

Children

This site is not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
