What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number where given, and order details.

• Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you browse the site we collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed and approximate location.
• If you subscribe to our emails we store your email address until you unsubscribe.

Why we collect it

To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, provide support, handle returns, meet our legal and tax obligations, and — where you have agreed — to send you marketing email.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the services that make the shop work: our website and commerce platform, our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider.

We use, or may use, advertising and analytics services including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google and YouTube. Where these are active they may set cookies and receive data about your activity on this site — such as pages viewed, items added to the cart and purchases — so that we can measure and target advertising. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through each platform's own ad settings.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site and the cart to work. Where we run advertising or analytics — see "Who we share it with" — those services may also set cookies, and where the law requires your consent we will ask before they load. You can refuse or clear non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site and cart will still work.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
