Which paper size do I get?
All of them. The download has US Letter, A4 and A5, each in a colour and an ink-saver edition. That is 6 PDF files in one ZIP file.
How do I get the binder after I pay?
Wix, our checkout provider, emails you a download link as soon as your payment goes through. The link works for 30 days. Download the ZIP file and save it. After that, the files are yours to keep and reprint.
Do the clickable links and fillable boxes work on my phone?
Yes, in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac. Some other apps show the pages but not the boxes.
I have five pets. Will it work?
Each page holds four pets side by side. Print a second copy of a page for five to eight pets.
Is this medical advice?
No. The binder helps you record what your vet prescribes. It never diagnoses, treats or calculates doses.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, because a download cannot be returned. If your file is broken or never arrives, we fix it fast. Read the refund policy for the details.
