Who we are

This website is run by Whiskever (“Whiskever”, “we”, “us”), of Dymott Avenue, Milton, Ontario L9T 0Z9, Canada. When you use this site or buy from us, you agree to these terms.

What you buy

Every Whiskever product is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists the file format, page count, paper sizes and editions before you pay.

How you get it

Our checkout runs on Wix. When your payment goes through, Wix emails you a download link. The link works for 30 days. Download your files and keep your own copy.

If a link expires or never arrives, email support@whiskever.com with your order number and we send a new one.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where the law requires it. If your card uses another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may charge a fee.

We can change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you already paid for.

Your licence

When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own household.

• You may fill it in, save it and print as many copies as your household needs.
• You may share filled-in pages about your own pets with your pet sitter, your vet and your family.
• You may not resell, share, upload or give away the blank files, or include them in another product.
• You may not remove the Whiskever name or copyright notice from the files.

Refunds

All sales are final, because a download cannot be returned. Our Refund Policy explains when we fix a problem, including broken files, missing links and duplicate charges.

Not veterinary advice

Our products and free tools help you organise and record information. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and they never calculate doses.

Always follow your veterinarian and the pharmacy label. In an emergency, call your vet or an emergency clinic.

Free tools

Our free tools run in your browser. The details you type stay on your device. You are responsible for checking that what you type and share is correct, and for choosing who you send it to.

A live sitter link contains your details inside the link. Anyone who has the link can read them. Do not put door, alarm or Wi-Fi codes in a tool.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for loss that comes from information you entered, from a missed or wrong dose, or from a decision about your pet’s care. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the consumer law of your country does not let us exclude.

Intellectual property

The text, designs, page layouts, photographs and branding on this site and in our products belong to Whiskever. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
