Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Whiskever ships to addresses in Canada and the United States only. We do not currently ship anywhere else.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Transit then takes 7–15 business days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore usually 8–17 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend begin handling the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. It can take a few days after dispatch before tracking shows movement — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Customs and duties

Prices are in US dollars. For Canadian and US domestic delivery you should not expect additional customs charges. If any duty or import fee does arise, it is the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. We may ask you to cover the cost of a second dispatch.

Delays, lost and damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact support@whiskever.com and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging, and we will replace or refund it.
