vet days without the fight
Many cats hide when the carrier comes out, cry in the car and spit out every pill. This program teaches your cat to say yes, in small steps with a picture for each one. You use one calm, reward-based method, and your cat decides when you move up.
Launch sale: you save $39. The price goes back to $78 after 30 November.

a carrier your cat walks into.
International Cat Care says the carrier should be "part of the furniture" at home. The carrier ladder, from the Edmonton Humane Society guide, takes 8 small steps: food near the carrier, food inside, a cue word, the top on, the door, time inside, lifts, a walk.

finish the whole course.
In a 2022 survey of 2,507 owners, 35.4% did not finish a course of medicine for their cat, many because it was too difficult. Half were sometimes or never shown how. The pills ladder practises with treats only, so the real pill day is calm.

read the small signs.
International Cat Care lists the signs that mean stop: walking away, ears turned or lowered, freezing, a tail that thrashes, licking the lips. Every step page shows them again, so you stop before your cat has to hiss or swat.

good questions.
My cat hides when the carrier comes out. Where do I start?
Leave the carrier out, with the top off and soft bedding in it. International Cat Care says it should be "part of the furniture". Then follow the 8-step carrier ladder, from the Edmonton Humane Society guide, in sessions of up to 5 minutes. Never force your cat in.
How do I give my cat a pill without a fight?
Practise first with treats only, on the pills ladder. On the real day, follow your vet's instructions and the iCatCare steps: approach from the side, never hold your cat down hard, and let go if it struggles. Cornell advises about a teaspoon (5 to 6 ml) of water by syringe after a pill.
Is it normal that my cat hates the vet?
It is common. In a 2014 study in the Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association, 58% of cat owners said their cat hates going to the vet. The program trains each part of the trip: carrier, car, exam and the return home.
What if my cat hisses, swats or bites?
Stop at once and go back a step. International Cat Care says to stop when a cat growls, hisses, spits, swats or bites. Never punish it. If your cat suddenly does not like touch, ask your vet team: International Cat Care says sudden changes need their advice. Page 2 of the program says this first.
Does it give medicines or calming drugs?
No. The program never names a medicine and never gives a dose. Practice uses treats only. VCA says medicines are not a substitute for training. If your cat is very afraid, ask your vet about the options for your cat.
Does the price change after the launch sale?
Yes. Vet Days Without the Fight is $39 in the launch sale, half its regular price of $78. The sale ends on 30 November, and on 1 December the price goes back to $78.
How do I get the program after I pay?
Wix, our checkout provider, emails you a download link as soon as your payment goes through. The link works for 30 days. Download the ZIP file and save it. All sales are final; if your file is broken or never arrives, we fix it fast.
