good questions.

Does it tell me what my dog is allergic to?

No. Only your vet can find the cause. The diary records the itch, the food and every change, so your vet sees the pattern. Your vet chooses the tests, the trial food and the medicines.

How long is a food trial?

Your vet decides. In a review of the research, more than 90% of food-allergic dogs and cats were clear by 8 weeks (Olivry and others, 2015). The weekly trial check has room for 12 weeks.

I have two dogs. Do I need two diaries?

One download is enough. Each diary is for one dog, so print or save a second copy for the second dog. Your personal licence covers every dog in your home.

Which paper size do I get?

All of them. The download has US Letter, A4 and A5, each in a colour and an ink-saver edition. That is 6 PDF files in one ZIP file.

How do I get the diary after I pay?

Wix, our checkout provider, emails you a download link as soon as your payment goes through. The link works for 30 days. Download the ZIP file and save it. After that, the files are yours to keep and reprint.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, because a download cannot be returned. If your file is broken or never arrives, we fix it fast. Read the refund policy for the details.
