good questions.
Which paper size do I get?
All of them. The download has US Letter, A4 and A5, each in a colour and an ink-saver edition. That is 6 PDF files in one ZIP file.
How long does an introduction take?
It depends on the pets. RSPCA Australia says to plan for at least a week, perhaps a few weeks. The Scottish SPCA says it can take weeks or even months. In this plan, the pets set the speed.
Does it work for a kitten or a puppy?
Yes. A kitten can get through a baby gate, so the plan tells you to use a crate or add mesh, as the Scottish SPCA advises. The calm-down plan has you teach the dog to settle on a mat before the pets meet.
Does it replace a behaviourist?
No. It is a plan and a record. If the same stress signs come back, or a pet seems stressed, the plan tells you to ask your vet and a qualified behaviourist. Take your logs with you.
How do I get the plan after I pay?
Wix, our checkout provider, emails you a download link as soon as your payment goes through. The link works for 30 days. Download the ZIP file and save it. After that, the files are yours to keep and reprint.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, because a download cannot be returned. If your file is broken or never arrives, we fix it fast. Read the refund policy for the details.
