Which paper size do I get?
All of them. The download has US Letter, A4 and A5, each in a colour and an ink-saver edition. That is 6 PDF files in one ZIP file.
Does it tell me what dose to give?
No. It records what your vet prescribed. It never suggests a dose, a diagnosis or a treatment.
Is it useful for a pet with diabetes?
It has an insulin and glucose log with one line for each injection, and a care plan page for the vet's instructions. Your vet sets the plan. The tracker only records it.
How do I get the tracker after I pay?
Wix, our checkout provider, emails you a download link as soon as your payment goes through. The link works for 30 days. Download the ZIP file and save it. After that, the files are yours to keep and reprint.
I have five pets. Will it work?
Each multi-pet page holds four pets. Print a second copy of a page for five to eight pets.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, because a download cannot be returned. If your file is broken or never arrives, we fix it fast. Read the refund policy for the details.
