Which paper size do I get?
All of them. The download has US Letter, A4 and A5, each in a colour and an ink-saver edition. That is 6 PDF files in one ZIP file.
Does it tell me which vaccines my pet needs?
No. Your vet decides. The vaccine page has space for the dates your vet sets, and a short summary of the AAHA and AAFP guidelines, with the source on the page.
Is it for a puppy or a kitten?
Both. Most pages work for both. Use the puppy toilet log for a puppy and the kitten litter log for a kitten. Leave out the pages you do not need.
How do I get the guide after I pay?
Wix, our checkout provider, emails you a download link as soon as your payment goes through. The link works for 30 days. Download the ZIP file and save it. After that, the files are yours to keep and reprint.
I got two puppies at once. Will it work?
Yes. Each multi-pet page holds up to four pets. Print a second copy of a page for five to eight pets.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, because a download cannot be returned. If your file is broken or never arrives, we fix it fast. Read the refund policy for the details.
