good questions.

Which paper size do I get?

All of them. The download has US Letter, A4 and A5, each in a colour and an ink-saver edition. That is 6 PDF files in one ZIP file.

How do I send only the care guide to my sitter?

Fill in the pages. Then choose Print, choose Save as PDF, and print only the Packet A pages. The Start here page lists the page numbers. Send that file to the sitter.

Will my vet accept the authorisation?

Clinics differ. Some accept a signed authorisation. Some need their own form, or your consent by phone. The kit has a checklist of questions to ask your clinic before you travel.

How do I get the kit after I pay?

Wix, our checkout provider, emails you a download link as soon as your payment goes through. The link works for 30 days. Download the ZIP file and save it. After that, the files are yours to keep and reprint.

Is this legal or medical advice?

No. The kit helps you write down your wishes and your vet's instructions. It does not replace your vet's own forms or a lawyer.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, because a download cannot be returned. If your file is broken or never arrives, we fix it fast. Read the refund policy for the details.
