What is a tear-stain brush for?

  • Precision grooming — A small head reaches facial fur that full-size brushes cannot.
  • Manual control — Ergonomic handle supports short, careful strokes.
  • Dogs and cats — Suitable for routine facial grooming on both species.
  • Multi-pack options — Choose one, two or three brushes for home and travel.
  • Easy maintenance — Clean after each use and allow to dry completely.

How do I use it safely?

  1. Soften dried debris with a clean, damp cloth before brushing.
  2. Brush only the surrounding fur, moving away from the eye with very light pressure.
  3. Clean and dry the brush after use.
Please read

Never place the brush in the eye or use it on irritated skin. Persistent tearing, redness, swelling or discharge should be assessed by a veterinarian. This is a grooming tool — it does not diagnose or treat tear staining.

Questions

Before you buy.

The things people ask about this tool, plus how shipping and returns work.

All FAQs →
Will this remove the stain itself?

It cleans the fur. It does not treat the cause of the tearing. If staining keeps returning after cleaning, that is worth raising with a vet rather than brushing harder.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, then take 7–15 business days in transit to Canada and the United States. You will get tracking by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States, with no minimum spend.

Do you ship outside Canada and the US?

Not at the moment. We ship to Canadian and United States addresses only.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD), including for Canadian customers.

Can I return something if it is not right?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund, provided the item is in its original condition. See the Refund Policy for the full conditions.

Are these tools suitable for both dogs and cats?

Most are, and every product page states plainly which species it suits. Where a tool is designed primarily for one — the rotating brush is cat-first, the 3-in-1 shower head is for dogs — we say so rather than claiming it does everything.

My pet is badly matted. Will a comb fix it?

No, and please do not try. A tight mat sits against the skin and pulls with every movement. Forcing a comb through it hurts, and cutting it out with scissors is one of the most common ways owners cause a wound that needs stitches. Book a groomer.

Do you offer bundles?

Yes. The Bath Day Kit and the Coat Care Kit group the tools that get used in the same session, at a lower price than buying them separately. Product pages also let you add a matched set together.
