Why use a dual-sided grooming comb?

  • Two working sides — Switch between detangling and loose-fur removal without changing tools.
  • Stainless-steel teeth — Durable metal grooming surface built for repeated use.
  • Non-slip TPR grip — Keeps the handle secure while you work through the coat.
  • Dogs and cats — Suitable for a variety of breeds and coat types.
  • Optional companion brush — Selected configurations include a separate needle brush.

How do I detangle without pulling?

  1. Start at the ends of the fur and work toward the body in small sections.
  2. Hold the coat close to the skin to reduce pulling, then use short, gentle strokes.
  3. Switch sides to collect loosened fur, and clean the comb after grooming.

Do not force the comb through a tight mat. Severe matting can be painful and may require a qualified groomer.

All FAQs →
How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, then take 7–15 business days in transit to Canada and the United States. You will get tracking by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States, with no minimum spend.

Do you ship outside Canada and the US?

Not at the moment. We ship to Canadian and United States addresses only.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD), including for Canadian customers.

Can I return something if it is not right?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund, provided the item is in its original condition. See the Refund Policy for the full conditions.

Are these tools suitable for both dogs and cats?

Most are, and every product page states plainly which species it suits. Where a tool is designed primarily for one — the rotating brush is cat-first, the 3-in-1 shower head is for dogs — we say so rather than claiming it does everything.

My pet is badly matted. Will a comb fix it?

No, and please do not try. A tight mat sits against the skin and pulls with every movement. Forcing a comb through it hurts, and cutting it out with scissors is one of the most common ways owners cause a wound that needs stitches. Book a groomer.

Do you offer bundles?

Yes. The Bath Day Kit and the Coat Care Kit group the tools that get used in the same session, at a lower price than buying them separately. Product pages also let you add a matched set together.
