Will my dog actually fit?
The stand measures 60 × 40 × 33 cm. Measure your pet standing, from chest to tail base, before ordering — it suits small and medium pets comfortably and is tight for large breeds.
Can I leave my pet in it unattended?
No. Never leave a pet unattended in a grooming stand. It is a containment aid you stand beside, not a restraint you walk away from.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, then take 7–15 business days in transit to Canada and the United States. You will get tracking by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States, with no minimum spend.
Do you ship outside Canada and the US?
Not at the moment. We ship to Canadian and United States addresses only.

Can I return something if it is not right?

Are these tools suitable for both dogs and cats?
Most are, and every product page states plainly which species it suits. Where a tool is designed primarily for one — the rotating brush is cat-first, the 3-in-1 shower head is for dogs — we say so rather than claiming it does everything.
My pet is badly matted. Will a comb fix it?
No, and please do not try. A tight mat sits against the skin and pulls with every movement. Forcing a comb through it hurts, and cutting it out with scissors is one of the most common ways owners cause a wound that needs stitches. Book a groomer.
Do you offer bundles?
Yes. The Bath Day Kit and the Coat Care Kit group the tools that get used in the same session, at a lower price than buying them separately. Product pages also let you add a matched set together.
